BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bookings are provisional only if you are a new client. Once we have received your booking request, we will email you a quote and terms and conditions for you to accept before we can confirm your appointment. These will be sent to you with 24 hours and must be agreed with 2 days to confirm the appointment, so please check your junk email folder and let us know if you have not received them.
A full day or longer session may be required if you are outside of our normal Area Covered.
A 50% deposit may be required for your first booking, if so, this will be requested when we send the quote and terms and conditions.
Our Terms and Conditions must be agreed and digitally signed before any sessions can take place.
